• Phosphorus (P): 0.025% max
• Sulfur (S): 0.025% max
• Silicon (Si): 0.10% – 0.50%
• Nickel (Ni): 0.40% max
• Chromium (Cr): 0.30% max
• Copper (Cu): 0.40% max
• Vanadium (V): 0.05% max

This composition ensures that X60 pipes have high strength and good toughness while also offering resistance to corrosion and wear.

API 5L PSL2 Grade X60 pipes must meet strict mechanical property requirements, ensuring they perform well under high pressure and in demanding environments.
